2019 Kia Sorento New Features and Changes
The new 2019 Kia Sorento has been revamped both inside and out. On the exterior, shoppers can check out the Sorento’s bold and aggressive new styling, including new bumpers, a new radiator grille, new front and rear lighting and so much more! The redesigned interior of the new 2019 Sorento features a new steering wheel, shifter, instrument cluster and more. The Sorento offers multiple interior configurations and fabric options, and the infotainment system has been optimized to feature better and sharper graphics.
The highlight of the new Sorento, however, is underneath the hood. The new 2019 Sorento offers a newly-available 290-hp, 3.3-liter V6 engine with a new eight-speed automatic transmission in addition to the base model 185-hp, 2.4-liter I-4 engine with a six-speed automatic transmission. The new 290-hp V6 engine offers a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds! Also new for the 2019 Sorento is the availability of a new diesel engine option (coming soon).
Another highlight of the new 2019 Kia Sorento is the amount of interior cargo space! The Sorento now offers seating for seven across three rows on all trim levels.
