I dropped my vehicle off and received a quote with information on what was needed to fix it. I agreed to the quote and the work was performed, however picking up the vehicle it was still having the same issue. So I returned the vehicle and this time they gave me a loaner vehicle while working on mine. In the past, other advisors seemed dismissive and/or misleading on what was needed. We actually considered going to another dealership for service. Family Kia service department has jumped to assist me every time I call. From standard oil changes to unknown issues, leaking tire and engine light. They are alway quick to get me in and out in a timely fashion.

The salesman worked with me, and didn't waste my time. We came to an agreement and I bought the car. I had a minor issue with it a few days into the purchase (it was a used car), and he made it right. The repair was quick and he arranged transportation. I will go back for future sales.
