On Friday, June 12, 2026, I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from this dealership, paying the full purchase price in cash. The vehicle was represented as fully inspected, safe, and roadworthy. However, within 48 hours of purchase and after driving fewer than 65 miles, the vehicle experienced a serious mechanical failure.

The on-line reservation site evidently did notwork, and when I arrived for what I thought was my appointed time, the staff did not expect me. I was allowed to stay for service anyway, but my stay was much longer than it should have been.
The employees are always friendly and easy to communicate with. The service department is very competent.

Overall a solid experience. Their website provides all the information needed to ensure they have the vehicle you want on their site. I wish we could just bypass the "car sales" game but I realize that's just not how the industry works. Still, we love our Sportage and feel like we got a great deal.
The AI answering service does not leave messages for the service office people to call you back. Rang 3 times and left a message over a few days and had no calls back. Frustrating as I then had to drive to Kia to make an appointment for the next day...use a person to answer the phone !

My Van was in the service department so he was able to go appraise it for my trade in and work out the deal on the new van. Tamas was polite and informative. Vehicle was in for an A/C issue. They were able to diagnose rather quickly. Due to what needed to be done to car for the repair, it had to stay at the shop for a couple days. They were able to set me up with a rental car from a local place and shuttle me there to get the rental. Few days later, my car was ready and the A/C runs like new.

I strongly advise against doing business with Family Kia of St. Augustine. As a military veteran, I was subjected to a series of deceptive, predatory sales tactics while attempting to purchase a 2026 Kia K4 GT-Line.
My experience included:
Deceptive Pricing: They attempted an artificial $2,495 markup over MSRP and refused to honor their own website’s advertised "Sale Price."
Withholding Discounts: Management omitted a $500 military rebate, forcing me to point it out.
Equity Stripping: They manipulated trade-in numbers to zero out my positive equity, ignoring fair market value.

Great service. My tech, Tamas, was very friendly and gave me a very accurate estimate for the service I was having performed. Clean facility and the service was done quickly and accurately.
Wayne was very helpful and was patient in answering all of my questions. He made the process easy.
Allison and Wayne were great. Not pushy at all and listened to my needs/wants. They worked hard in order to get me into a vehicle that met those needs and my budgeted payment.
Mike was a very helpful salesperson. He was low pressure and a very good listener. Wayne was great too.
Destinee prepared the basis for a used vehicle sale.We were dicscussing the down payment.I never received a call back regarding that.The next day I received a text saying the vehicle was sold.Very bad customer service and obviously not very great at following up.Made my credit score drop for nothing.Very dissapointed.

The service advisors at Family Kia are always helpful and keep you up to date on your service. Casey, Lou and Coben are the servie advisors that are very helpful and see to it that the work is done on time. I usually deal with Casey who is exttremly helpfull and courteous.

Our car was towed there because engine seized. Under warranty everything was done plus some extra that we paid for. They tried to sell us new tires because the car vibrated. The car pulled to the right and vibrated. It did not do this before going into Kia’s shop. Turned around and brought it back for pulling and they fixed it and said the alignment machine had to be serviced. We paid for an alignment and still don’t know if it’s good. Everyone very professional and helpful had oil change and tire rotation all went well and they fixed all recall items
The process was super easy, they were faster than I had originally thought. Great waiting area with some snack options. Checkout was very informative. They go through every part of the inspection and tell you what you need to keep an eye out for.
I love the new building and of course the service and people are awesome! Perfect! Been a customer since 2012 and my family much longer!

Was towed in for a flat. It lost air fast so they said I need to buy a new tire. Never looked for the leak. Had to pay for a second tow home and took the flat to where I bought it two weeks ago. It had a puncture in the tread they fixed in 20 minutes, free. I'm out over $180 for the tow. Thanks ☹️
